Because you can't predict when your child will get sick, we offer same day sick visits. If you think your child needs to be seen for a sick issue, please call our office at (847) 253-3600 that morning to schedule a sick visit. You will likely be asked to speak with one of our nurses so that we can make sure we schedule you in a way that allows us to address you and your child's concerns best!
We do not offer walk-in visits at this time. Please call if you think your child needs to be seen.
For non-acute sick visits we are happy to pre-schedule a visit with your doctor.
Daytime Questions/Refills/Forms
Please call our office for questions about your child's health at (847) 253-3600. Our nurses are trained to answer many common questions and will send a message to your doctor for any additional concerns. They can guide you through home care for many common ailments. Our doctors review all phone calls that come in to ensure every child is getting great care at North Arlington Pediatrics.
For refills or forms please feel free to call our office or SKIP THE PHONE LINE and send a message through your patient portal. Refills and Forms will be addressed by your doctor. Please give us 72 hours whenever possible.
After Hours
If you have an urgent concern when our office is closed, please call our main office number at (847) 253-3600. The call will forward directly to our answering service, which will immediately page the North Arlington Pediatrics doctor on call. Our doctor will guide you through the next steps and determine if your child needs to be seen emergently or can wait until our office opens. Typically the doctor will call you back within 10-15 minutes. At this time we do not charge for phone calls. If you have a life-threatening emergency, please call 911 or take your child to the nearest emergency room immediately.
